Your digital purchase
Complete Prelims provides 12 months of access from confirmed payment to available GS and CSAT topic practice, previous-year questions with worked explanations, current-affairs quizzes, and ten GS plus ten CSAT full-length mock papers. English and Hindi are included. You can repeat the available mock papers during your access period. Study progress remains associated with your account.
The checkout total is ₹1,200, charged once. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Check the current question coverage and try the starting practice topics and short sample before purchasing. The question bank continues to expand; this plan is not a video-course or coaching-class purchase.
Payment and activation
Razorpay processes payments. Access activates only after the server confirms a captured payment. Closing checkout or seeing a bank debit is not, by itself, confirmation of activation. If confirmation is delayed, open Plans & payments in your account and use Check payment status before paying again. No physical delivery is involved.
Non-refundable digital access
Purchases of digital access are non-refundable. We do not offer change-of-mind cancellations, refunds for non-use, or refunds based on exam results. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that are required by applicable law.
If a payment was duplicated, failed, or did not provide the purchased access, contact support with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID so the transaction can be investigated. Never send your password, card security code, bank OTP or UPI PIN. Refunds or reversals required by law or made by the payment provider are handled through the original payment channel. A full confirmed refund removes the access associated with that payment.
Your account and preparation
Access is for the account that purchases it and must not be shared, resold or used to redistribute the question bank. The platform provides preparation materials and does not guarantee a UPSC score, selection or rank. Official eligibility, registration, schedules and exam instructions must be checked with UPSC. UPSCPrelims.in is an independent Perfect7 Educom Pvt. Ltd. platform and is not affiliated with UPSC.
