What your account saves
UPSCPrelims.in is a Perfect7 Educom Pvt. Ltd. preparation platform. Registration stores your name, email address and a password hash. Your password is not stored as plain text. The platform stores sign-in timestamps, checked answers, practice attempts, bookmarks and timed-paper answers so you can continue your preparation.
Cookies and security
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser saves your language preference. Sign-in limits use keyed hashes of email addresses and network addresses to reduce repeated login attempts. Hosting may retain access and error logs. Site administrators can manage content and account records. The platform does not store card numbers, card security codes or UPI PINs. Payments are processed by Razorpay in its checkout. We store the order, payment identifier, amount, status and purchased-access dates to fulfil purchases and provide support.
Google sign-in and guest practice
Google sign-in, when enabled, uses your verified Google account identity, name and email to create or sign in to a student account. The platform does not request access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts. Your Google password is never sent to this website. You can also use email and password. Existing email accounts must be signed in before Google is connected in Your account. Administrator access uses email and password. Five minutes of guest practice are stored in an essential browser session; answers and bookmarks can be transferred to your account after signup. Guest progress is not an account backup and may be lost when the session is cleared.
Early-access limitations
The question bank contains original bilingual questions and selected official UPSC previous-year questions with newly written explanations. Coverage continues to expand. Ten full GS and ten full CSAT mocks are available, each with a separate two-hour timer and bilingual review. Adapted PYQs are labelled and linked to their official source. Email verification and automatic password reset are not yet available. Use a unique password and keep it safe; do not share it with support. Exam dates and instructions should always be confirmed on the official UPSC website.
Contact and account requests
For account help, correction or deletion requests, contact the platform operator at WhatsApp +91 9866097582. Include the registered email address and the request; never send your password. Account ownership must be checked before private records are disclosed or changed. A request does not automatically reset a password or delete records.
